Detail: Having recently relocated to a new site in Denby, Derbyshire, Flamstead Holdings instructed RM Water Services to conduct a bill analysis and full water audit inspection of the site.

We conducted a full “Bill Analysis” of Flamstead Holdings’ charges and then carried out a comprehensive “Water Audit” of their sites. It became apparent that Severn Trent had incorrectly assessed the surface water charges for their sites and a proportion of the site’s area did not return to the Severn Trent system. We drew up qualified plans of the sites drainage arrangements and then proceeded to challenge Severn Trent on their charges. Not only did we secure ongoing annual savings of over £10,750, but we also negotiated with Severn Trent to secure backdated refunds of well over £48,000.
